TLA Creative Studio 


USE OF IMAGE: Unless prior discussed and approved, TLA Creative Studio may use on its website/Social Media accounts, any and all photographs/videos captured or recorded of the client.

DEPOSIT: All deposits paid by the client are final and non-refundable. Deposits are required for all bookings unless specified by the owner. Your photography session is not fully booked until a deposit is made. Once deposited is received your session is fully booked and a confirmation email will be sent. All deposits are applied towards the total balance. 

PAYMENT: The final balance is due upon completion of service. This includes any other expenses occurred for the event as one payment - no exceptions - unless at the discretion of the photographer. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash,  Cashapp or Paypal.

CANCELLATION: All deposits paid by the client are final and non-refundable. If the client cancels with no less than 24 hours notice, then the deposit will be put towards their next reschedule. If the client fails to cancel with notice, or  "no call no show" deposited is non-refundable and can not be applied to a reschedule. Said client can book again but the full amount will be due at the time of each booking and there will be absolutely NO REFUND. If the photographer cancels at any time or is unable to perform photographer's duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded by original form of payment within 3 days of the cancellation. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to TLA Creative Studio .
